Served in 12oz hourglass pilsener glass. The beer poured a light black, with just a hint of red at the edges, with 1/2 inch of dark tan head that had good retention and lacing.

The aroma was really freaking good, a great blend of beer and bourbon. The bourbon accented the base oatmeal stout very well without overpowering it. The flavor was an amplified version of the aroma, a great blend of the flavors.

The body was smooth and easy across the tongue, coating it without being sticky. The drinkabilty was excellent, with strong flavors but not a strong alcohol presence. This beer was brewed in a limited quantity and I strongly suggest seeking this beer out while this batch is still available.
