Clear amber brew with a wisp of foam in the pint shaker. Slightly gummy taste with cereal. Green herbal tang. Moderately sharp not in the finish. The flavor is not exactly rice but it's a pleasant mild grainy taste. Overall this is a lot like a Blonde ale with more hops. A very decent quaff. On tap at the restaurant April 24, 2025.
