A: Poured a deep reddish crimson with brown hues, nice white cap
S: A little bourbon and some evident sourness
T: Upfront is an immediate sourness witj ripe and raw red cherries, with some wood, Earthiness and light bourbon
M: Carbonation was a bit low I felt and the flavor tended to fade as it went down the throat and stayed on the palate
