On tap at the brewpub on 7/24/12
My intention was to review only the Big Red IPA but after my wife pointed out that the Raspberry Blonde Ale was made by dumping raspberry syrup into a pint glass and then pouring the regular Blonde Ale into the glass. I decided right there to tick-up the tasting flight by allowing only one line from my steno pad to each beer.
Irresponsibly-deserved Tick #3
A) Medium brown with ring retention.
S) Baked bread and dry coffee.
T) Coffee, cocoa, dry bread. Fruit tanginess.
M) Light feel, average carbonation.
