Look - was a nice rich,dark color.
Smell - was very good. Wish I had a samoa cookie to smell to see how close it was.
Taste - was excellent. A little sweeter than I prefer but just like I would imagine a liquid beer-samoa . Some cinnamon, chocolate, and coconut.
Feel - this had great mouth feel, creamy but not too much.
Overall it is one of my favorite sweet stouts.

I got a pour at the Side Note #4 release from the guy in front of me.
I didn't know what it was before I tasted it but it was awesome. The cinnamon and chocolate comes through very well. There is a hint of coconut that I could taste. It might have been hiding behind the cinnamon. I have a sweet tooth so this beer was great not overly sweet for me but can be for others. The mouth feel was awesome with this beer also.
Overall a really good chocolate/cinnamon stout.

Really well done. A lot of cinnamon, sweet coconut. The sweetness gets to be a bit much. Needs some roast or something bitter / deeper to balance it out. A barrel would do wonders. Good mouthfeel.
If (when?) this brewer leaves RAM, he'll be one to watch.

This is the thickest, creamiest non-ba stout I ever had. Nose is blocked full of nut flavoring, taste is a perfect compliment with some good sweet coconut to finishe. Absolute monster thickness of the feel, completely awesome. My favorite non ba stout and better than most barrel aged.
