My goodness this is literally a liquid s'more. Smelled exactly like that of a freshly assemble campfire s'more. Taste prefectly follows. Man Shaun is one heck of a brewery. Absolutely delicious. Thanks to whoever poured this at DLD!

Opened this last night - looking back at checkins, I guess I ended up aging this a little over 6 months. For whatever that's worth.
L: Close to pitch black. Very little head and it dissipates really quickly.
S: Chocolate and vanilla. Smells great!
T: It really is a mix of the 3 components of S'mores. I've never tasted graham crackers in a beer before - but you definitely can in this beer. And it's mixed with chocolate and vanilla/marshmallow. The only knock is it was almost too sweet.
F: Not thick as fudge or anything but solid.
O: Awesome beer! I almost wish the adjuncts could be dialed back a tad and I'd rate it even higher!

On draft, at Ram-Schaumburg for Shaun's last day event.

Phenomenal beer. Appearance is very dark liquid with very little foam head. Most of the foam is hanging around the edge of glass but even that goes away. Smell is vanilla and marshmallows. The taste is smores all the way. The graham crackers actually come through in the taste, which is amazing. Feel is super thick, sticky and full. Like all of Shaun's beers, it's hard to beat that mouthfeel.

Overall, possibly the best non-BA beer I've had. If they threw this into a barrel, I don't know how a beer could be possibly improved on.

Tan head. Black in color.

Fair sweet. Marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers. Barrel is kind of mello. Vanilla and cream.

Full bodied. Smooth and creamy.

Solid, but I don't feel this one is worth the hype. It's great, but a tad overrated.
