I had this one on tap at CJ Shenanigans in Spokane. The beer was served in a standard pint glass. Unfortunately, the glass was frosted
..This no doubt impacted the taste of the beer.
The beer was a hazy orange/brown with a small white head. Decent lacing.
Not a ton of nose on this one. Just a bit of grain and plum.
The taste is slightly grainy and a bit sweet. The aftertaste is spicy in a Saz hops way. After a few sips a butterscotch taste emerges (not in a bad way).
I liked the low carbonation, but the mouth was too thin. This was a one and done beer for me. Its not complex or tasty enough to order a second. May have been better if it was served at a proper temperature. My order of oysters totaly overpowered this beer.
