One of the first beers brewed by Justin at the Ram in Schaumburg that I have had. Hopped with Chinook, Citra and Motueka. Nice haze with minimal head and lacing. Aromas of citrus,melon wet grass and a nice dank smell. Tastes of lemon, ripe melon, pine and has a dry earthy character on the finish. Medium body and mild carbonation. Definitely worth a try and will be fun to see were this goes as Justin takes the reigns.
