Nice golden clear hue, minimal lacing from a quickly dissipating off white head.
Smell of bready malts, very subdued.
Taste of bready malts with a balanced finish from decent hop level.
Not watery just the right weight, nicely carbonated, a good drinker, better than average for the style.

I have to say this was an interesting find tonight at the Pizza Plant on Main.Poured a deep amber with a tight but smaller well formed off white head, lighter aromas some toastiness and brown sugar mainly with a lightly sweet dough character as well.Easy drinking and pretty flavorful although not overly robust on the palate somewhat dry and cracker-like up front with a brown sugar sweetness that meld into the finish with a slight drying/peppery finish.Like I said quite a find here in Buffalo nothing earth shattering but not a bad rendition of the style.

(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a pale straw yellow body that is very light and crystal clear. The head is a thin film of pure white foamy and a strong carbonation of big bubbles keeps it going for a minute or so.
S- The smell of light pale malt is dry and faint. There is a note of cooked corn that becomes more pronounced as it warms.
T- The taste of pale malt is dry and light with a fresh grain hint to it. The taste of field corn with a faint sweetness takes over the flavor pretty quickly. There is a very light note of noble hops in the finish, which is pretty dry.
M- This beer has a light crisp mouthfeel with a dry finish.
D- This is a very light beer with not much interest. The strongest flavor is the corn flavor and that is not pleasant.
