(Served in an Imperial pint glass)
A- This beer has a pale yellow body that is crystal clear and looks colorless in the right light. There is a fluffy white head that fades pretty quickly and is supported by a gentle carbonation.
S- The light noble hop hint is very faint and it is the only smell I get out of this glass no matter how much I sniff.
T- The taste of dry light pale malt has a noble hop finish that is very sulfury. I detect none of the qualities that I think are distinctly Kolsch style.
M- This beer has a very light thin mouthfeel that is watery.
D- This beer taste more like an American pilsner than any Kolsch I have ever tasted. It has dry bitter noble hop qualities with no depth.
