It came with a huge bone-white head with decent retention. The color was a pale yellow with NE-quality clarity and an abundance of CO2 bubbles in evidence. The nose had a great Saaz hop snap to it. The mouthfeel was medium with a grassy, hoppy flavor in the mouth, in fact, the taste was almost herbal. The finish was very dry and satisfying.
