Served in an 18 oz shaker style glass, the beer is clear gold with smallish bone white head. Not bad lacing.
It has a slightly grassy nose with perfume and malt undertones.
The taste is crisp with slightly sweet grains and a just a hint of bitterness in the tail. That floral hop note adds just the right finish.
The mouth is slightly under carbonated, but the mouth is just thick enough to move it above average.
This is a crossover beer, but I enjoyed it. This is a beer to pair with some burgers or a salad. Anything to spicy will overpower it.
