(Tomlinson Tap Room) This is a ancho chile infused porter. Poured a very nice deep black with some nice head and decent lacing. Nice roasted grain aromas, with a slight chocolate undertone, and a very nice hot and spicy chili tones. Excellent flavors, with nice roasted grains, a slight chocolate hit, and a wonderful spicy hot chili flavor. Went down quite smooth with a nice heat that stays on the tongue for a bit from the ancho chilis. This could have been overdone, but the beer is wonderfully balanced with everything. Don't try it if you don't care for chili flavors or anything spicy, but it's a great beer if you dig that sort of thing.
