On tap at the Ram restaurant and brewery. Served into a pint glass. Their Dawg Sled aged on Bourbon soaked oak chips.
A: A murky brown with a yellowish tint. One finger white head with great retention and lacing.
S: Not much at all. Some very light caramel and a touch of spice.
T: Caramel and toffee upfront. A very sweet bourbon with a touch of spice in the middle. A touch of alcohol with sweet malt and some toffee in the finish.
M: Light body. Medium carbonation. A bit of creaminess.
O: It's decent for a restaurant brewing it.
