Served in a large mug at the Schaumburg brewpub.
The evening has shifted to the Ram, and this addition to the beer list (in the form of a sticker, no less) intrigues me. Done. It pours a clear pale straw topped by a nice finger of white foam. The nose comprises flowers, light grass, and a kiss of biscuity malt. The taste brings in more of the same, with those biscuits coming across just a bit sweeter than before. Not bad. The body is fairly light, with a light moderate carbonation and a pretty damn smooth feel. Overall, a nice pils, nothing that stands out as extraordinary, but a thoroughly enjoyable little beer.
