This beer came to me in a regular 16oz pint glass with a nice light tan head to it. It has a deep brown hue to it, and is definitely unfiltered. The aromas are of chocolate, coffee roast, and some slight fruitiness from the hops, but not too noticeable. The aromas transfer to the taste, and have a slight tinge of what seems to be as caramel. The flavor is balanced but sweet, seeing has how it might not have fermented out totally due to the heavy mouthfeel. Overall the drinkability of this beer is good, but better for a nice fall day due to the heaviness of it.
