This beer has morphed through so many different flavors since it first went on tap it is hard to describe them all. It started off very banana like with the hefe yeast, but balanced out by the malt to a nice caramelized flavor. Since then it has become a chocolate banana, and now a cake batter beer. But not sweet. It is really and odd entity that is something to behold. The mouthfeel is medium bodied to light but not thin. The head on this beast is great. Thick, dense and bright white. For a first try, I like this beer.
