A - Deep orange amber hue, with a light off white head.
S - Strong aromas of caramel/ wheaty sweetness. There is some faint fruityness from the hops, but it isnt strong.
T - That sweetness from th wheat comes through and dominates the taste. Bready, caramel, sweet, banana, and some phenols from the alcohol.
M - Big mouthfeel. Full bodied but not cloying. Slight smoothness and dry on the finish. good bitterness as well.
D - over all, a very drinkable wheatwine style beer.
