Appearance Dark, almost brownish-orange body with a decent head that hung around for a good while.
Smell Sharp, piney hops laced with oranges and mixed with a modest malt balance. This one smells similar to their Union Pale but has a little more of an edge to it. I like.
Taste The lovely malt comes out more in the taste. This is good, because those sharp hops benefit from the balance. In comes the orange sweetness as well, making this ale one of the most balanced that Ive ever had.
Mouthfeel Very lightly carbonated and medium-bodied (maybe on the heavier side of medium-bodied?). This is extraordinarily smooth with a creamy, almost chewy mouthfeel.
Drinkability Just as drinkable as the Union Pale Ale. This is an awesome brew.
