A:clear, small head which disappeared fairly quickly, didn't leave much lacing.
S: Rubber and sour fruits.
T: Bitter won the battle against sweet, quite a sharp aftertaste, really dry finish was what set it apart from other beers.
M: Medium body, low carbonation, bitterness gave it a course edge.
O: Uncomplicated Bock beer, not one to avoid or seek out.
