On tap at EBB Burien. Poured to a standard pint glass (notes from 8/22/11):
A - Poured slightly hazy golden tan with a thin off-white head of small bubbles, ok retention, light lacing.
S - Light tinges of honey maltiness on wheaty background with some doughiness.
T - Mildly sweet maltiness rides over a wheaty/grainy background. Light earthy bitterness takes over but accented by honey. Finishes with the steady earthy bitterness and sweet graininess.
M - Medium body and refreshing. Light tningly carbonation.
D - Moderate bitterness is well-timed with the honey sweetness inthe flavor, and neither dominates. Very pleasant and drinkable. A tasty easy drinker.

Poured a nice orange/gold with a decent head that persisted a reaonsable amount of time. Aroma of soft hops (citrus) and a underlying sweetness were quite pleasant on the nose. Flavor was of fruity hops with a good bitterness backing it up but not overwhelming. Definitely not a traditional NW version of an IPA. A soft caramel sweetness came through here and there to balance everything out. A very easy drinking brew that went down before you knew it.
