A: Poured a crimson color, cloudy with a small white head
S: Sour of course, tart cherries
T: Tart cherries and sour apple, light vinegar, booze and elements of some wood. Barrel aging has really mellowed this out on the sourness but it is very good and easy to drink and treat to drink.
M: Well carbonated, medium bodied, tart, booze
