I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Elliott Bay Lake City brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a little citrus character. The volume could stand to be turned up a little.
Taste: sweetish malt with a fair amount of yeasty character and some lightly citrusy, slightly musty hops. It’s okay enough, but doesn’t really capture the essence of fresh hop.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not a particularly inspiring beer, but also it’s not the worst thing I ever had.
