Had on tap at the brewpub. The menu description is "The fourth in our series of single hopped pale ales. We used Simcoe hops throughout the brewing process for this batch. This high alpha American hop leaves a clean bitterness and a good example of piney, citrus grapefruit, and maybe some tangerine flavors and aromas. German and English malts; American Simcoe hops"

The beer was hazy orange color with a thick white head. So much better looking than I expected, and the aroma was full of (apparently) Simcoe hops. Very nice flavor, grapefruit is definitely accurate. Thick mouthfeel coats your mouth with the hops flavor. Very nice, and should be added to their regular schedule in my opinion.
