On tap at Barley & Rye Bistro in Moline, IL. 16 oz. draft in a pint glass. Malty, boozy (but not overly so), sweet, drinkable, vanilla, the Jack Daniels character really comes through! Paired well with a bison burger and sweet potato fries.

Sampled on tap in 10oz pilsner glass. One finger very white head. The liquid was extremely cloudy - scary! The resulting look was that of a lemon creamsicle. Patrons were asking if I was drinking a milkshake. I've seen unfiltered beers and don't have any issue with them. But, the look of this beer suggested infection. I asked if it was nitro and it wasn't.
Aroma was primarily bourbon and alcohol...too strong, not pleasant. Taste was similar, but I also sensed some wine-like taste. I doubt that was intended. I finished the beer, but not happily.
Mouthfeel didn't provide the creaminess suggested in the appearance. Rather light.
This may have been a bad keg. But, I don't this beer should have been released. Whatever the brewer's aim was, he missed.
