This one surprised me. A perfectly crisp easy drinker, great for the lake

On tap at the Omaha Tap House, served in a modernistic pint glass, the beer is light gold with a sticky white head.
Nose of grains and something earthy. There is a hint of floral hops.
The taste is balanced between some semisweet grains, a touch of pear and a bit of floral hops for balance. Per the beer guide it's a German Pils made with some rye added in, I'm not 100% convinced however it's an easy beer to pair with non-spicy food. I never really picked up those spice notes that Rye add.
The mouth is medium but I would like to see the carbonation turned up a notch as this is a bit flaccid for a Pilsner.
