Very drinkable IPA. Nice balance of malt and hops. Found this in downtown Chicago. Never daw it before at brewery but will seek it out.

L: Hazy dark amber under a persistent 3” beige foam collar that clings to the side of the glass.
S: More caramel malt aromas than hop.
T: Starts with rich malt flavors and caramel with a touch of dark bread bitterness with earthy hops and gradually develops a quinine like bitterness on the finish seasoned with citrus rind.
F: Very creamy, medium body, medium low carbonation
O: More malt forward than many DIPAs but is balanced and very drinkable.

Sticky, very balanced in malt to hops profile. Sort of like a English DIPA, a good brew for someone who prefers malty DIPAs.
