This is contract brewed for Rawhide Steakhouse.
Appears a a light golden amber with a nice, fluffy two finger white head that lasts. Beautiful sticky lacing is left behind.
Smell is sweet and malty with some honey smacked grains in the mix and a touch of hops in the background.
Taste is a nice mix of malt, (perhaps wheat?), and a honey sweetness that has a touch of spiciness in the citrusy hops in the biscuitlike concoction.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with solid carbonation. Seems to be some good chemistry going on between the sweetness, the spiciness, and the mild bitterness of this brew.
Drinkability is great. I passed up Fat Tire on draft for these.

Finger licking good!
