Pale golden and quite clouded with yeast. Very smooth looking head that retains fairly well. Fresh draught/CO2 aroma with some malt presence. Malty grain/wheat flavor with a small amount of hop bitterness. Very smooth mouthfeel and finish. In my opinion, much better on tap than from the bottle. Paired very well with the spaghetti.

The beer pours a clear gold with a modest bright white head that is bubbly in texture and the lace a rather thin sheet. Nose is sweet malt with a hint of wheat, start cloyingly sweet with a decent bit of wheat and malt, top middling in feel. Finish is brisk in its carbonation and the hops slight but acceptable given the style, sweet and dry aftertaste, drinkable but not one of their better beers.

Another one of the treats from drweizen, this beer was perhaps ... well, it possibly didn't take too well to the USPS journey from Arizona.

Pours a very light, cloudy yellow, with a thick, foamy white head. Lots of carbonation. The smell is very yeasty, but kind of off in a strange way that reminds me of the exotic lambic scents. But not what I expected. As for the taste, it reminded me of some form of green vegetable, though I'm not sure exactly which one, and occasional of a cheap macro beer. I certainly didn't taste any good wheat flavors - maybe I'll have to try this one again.

Medium gold color, slightly hazy. Large foamy head. Aroma is malty and a touch floral. A medium bodied weizen. Malts are mild and slightly sweet. Not very hoppy. Very smooth taste. Well balanced. That said it also doesn't have much flavor. It also a little lemony tasting and funky. Not one of Sonoras better efforts. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is very slightly bitter.

This beer is a fully hazy straw color that has hints of an amber hue to it. The head is wispy and quite pale in color; typical of a draft product. The aroma has ontes of clove, perhaps a hint of a vegetal note, a bit of herbal grassiness to it and some definitely traditional banana notes. The taste is light, refreshing and slightly tart. The finish is a bit funny (even perhaps off-putting), I can't quite place it, but it is certainly not all that great. This note seems to fade as my palate gets used to it though. There are some notes of clove and a fair amount of wheat character here. This really is not a great example, it just seems to fall flat. It is a bit too thin and does not have the full flavors and palate of a good Hefeweizen.
