How is it possible that I, a PA resident, is first to review this? C'mon AZ locals! Picked up a bottle while out in Scottsdale a few weeks back, thinking "wow, never seen this one before".
There are other "chocolate flavored" beers, but let me emphasize that this is one damn unique beer.
Pours without any interesting characteristics - short head, clear yellow body, just minimal carbonation present. No lacing.
Aromas are very inviting - white chocolate forward, no doubt. Some German chocolate characteristics - complete with spices/twang. Some bready yeast is evident, too.
Mouthfeel and flavor is where it fizzles. Very thin on the palate, with the aforementioned aromas coming through into the flavor, along with a sprinkle of cardamom. Finishes with a dusting of cocoa powder on the palate.
Drinkability is "ok for the style" ... I would not request another, but it is a fine one-and-done to accompany a dessert - especially for someone who is into macros and/or light beers, who doesn't want something "dark and heavy" to finish the evening. Hey - it's a good chocolate flavored beer to beat the heat in AZ!
UNIQUE as advertised, and a credit to the brewer for coming through with something interesting!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
