The brewpub serves this in a plain glass mug. It comes out a slightly cloudy pale gold under a one finger white head with good retention and nice lacing. The nose is sweet and bubbly - malt and fruit syrup. The mouth is light and very prickly. The taste is very fruity - raspberry - to accompany a good deal of bready malt. There are no detectable hops. The aftertaste is mild, featuring just a bit of barley and some sweetness. It's quaffable yet unremarkable.
