yeast & wheat aroma. A Big head and thin mouthfeel, that builds to ba medium mouthfeel with graininess creamy. past the head, fruity tastes. aggressive carbonation, which works for it, adding to the mouthfeel experience. Satisfying but i have had better in the style.

Pleasant sunshine yellow adorned with a diminutive white collar of foam that dissipated quickly and left no lace.
Delicate aromas of lemon tartness and tropical sweetness are followed by hints of yeastiness and faint spice which underline the wheat character. Very agreeable after a long mountain bike ride.
Quite dry and tangy, thin mouthfeel that develops flavours of lemon through a bready yeasty complex. Faint hints of pineapple and clove up the middle are surpassed by a mild and short bitterness. Finish is dry and quenching.
Certainly a quaffable pint of weizen after a good workout. Dry, and tart with delicate fruity aromas and flavours. Not a standout like Paulaner of Ayinger but well worth a try.
