Growler poured into a seidel produces a hazy raw honey-amber body with fluffy cream-colored, rocky head of 2 fingers that retains at a half-finger and leaves nice soapy lacing.
Smell is of fine malt and some floral hops;
Taste is grainy with a tangy hint of hops that fades to a bitter flourish of flowers;
Thin on the palate; tiny tingle of carbonation, nice clean finish with a mild grainy sweetness and a muted, but aromatic hop perfume that lingers. Not at all hard to drink.
