Available on draft only.
Growler poured into a pint nonic yields a hazy brown-amber body capped with two thick fingers of pale ivory foam that stubbornly retains at a thick sheet and sticks gobs of webby cloud-puffs of lacing all over the glass.
Smells lightly malty with a little hop perfume, highly reminiscent of its Ham's-brewed higher-alcohol big brother, Peg Leg Pale Ale
Taste is smooth and toasty with pale malty-caramel, juicy and fruity with a minty, floral bite of bitter hops. Rich, yet light and refreshing, with a spicy note and earthy English hop bitterness.
Drink is medium-bodied, a little creamy, and exceptionally drinkable. Far and away the best Ham's offering I've had to date.
