I had this beer on tap at Ham's in Greenville. First thing I noticed when picking this beer up was the hoppy fragrance. It smelled strongly of both the Saaz and Mt Hood hops it was brewed with. The initial sip was hops as well. It eventually mellowed out to a smooth mellow, malty taste. All and all this was a pretty good beer.

Drafts arrive in shaker pint glasses with a glowing golden body showing off scarlet highlights, sporting a finger of fine white foam that retains at a sheet and leaves wispy lacing on the glass.
Smell is malty, malty, malty, and a bit toasty with cereal grains and toasted barley taking up nose space.
The taste is dryly malty with cereal grains and nutty, toasty barley. A solid wall of bitter hoppiness is brought to bear against the grainy sweetness, with the Saaz and Sterling hops really kicking in, making the finish super-dry and pleasingly bitter.
The drink is on the full side of medium-bodied and very smooth, but sessionable, no doubt!
