A - Deep chestnut brown with an average to full sized off-white, foamy and slightly creamy head. Decent retention with a bit of lacing left over.
S - A good amount of sweet caramel, bready, and grainy malt smells. Fairly sweet with just a hint of apple.
T - Pretty sweet caramel and apple taste. Also a fair amount of toasted grain taste. It is pretty sweet overall. Very slight bready hints in the background. Not much hops, but a very slight earthy and herbal taste.
M - Medium body with adequate carbonation. Sticky coating feel and just a little creamy.
D - Pretty good drinkability. A little too sweet that is combined with the sticky feel hurts the drinkability a bit. A tasty, sweet brown beer.
Notes: Made for the Känguruh Pub in Wien. Pretty good offering for a sweet brown beer. A lot of caramel, apple, and grainy malt flavors. Good and worth trying if you are at the Känguruh Pub and want something other than the Hop Devil. The guy next to me was drinking them all night, so it can't be too bad.
