2L swing top growler
Hill Farmstead wine glass
A: Pours out a clear golden amber like color. Nice full finger of fluffy bright white head that sticks around a while. Still good carbo after nearly two weeks in growler. The head leaves some sticky lacing sheeting.
S: Smells like a nice little fresh hop brew. Not overly heavy handed with the florals, as it's tougher with the fresh hops. Getting some nice citrus and pine. Caramel malt bill is there. Some light breadiness.
T: Up front, you get some hop bitterness on the tip of the tongue. Nothing aggressive. It tastes like other hop profiles for fresh hop brews. It's a muted citrus pine kick. In the middle of the mouth, you get that malt balance. I would say this one is right in the middle there. The finish is dry and not overly bitter by any means.
M: Medium bodied IPA. Session brew.

The beer pours a dark golden/amber color with a thick frothy white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a solid pale and Carapils malt scent along with a fresh hop aroma that's enjoyable. The taste is great! It's mostly loaded with pale malts, but it has a well rounded malt bill that provides balance for the wonderful hop taste. The hops are refreshingly crisp and bitter; very nice. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a tremendous brew. The hops are incredibly fresh. I wish he'd bump up the grain and make this a double.
