A: Very deep amber/reddish color with hardly any head and little lacing.
S: Its hard to get past the bourbon, but that's ok with me. This has been aging for about a year so the bourdon isn't "hot" but its still fills the nose.
T: Sweet maltiness on the back of the tongue with the bourbon aroma filling the rest of your mouth.
M: Nice full bodied with light carbonation.
D: I will drink this until I can't drink anymore. Good take on the style from a local brew pub. I can't wait to get more!
