6 pack, 500ml bottles

Pours with a medium yellow body. Fairly fluffy white head, good retention

Smell, quite fresh, grassy, some hint of grain

Taste, fairly crisp, slightly limited and reserved in hop character. Some sweetness on the finish

Not a bad pils for what it is, the version i had was 5%. Its very cheap, u can pick this up for £3 for a 6 pack of 500ml bottles on occasions. Its a 'lawnmower' beer, or something to have in the fridge when people come round who think that beer and lager are two completely different things...

The colour is pale yellow with a tint of gold. The white, rather compact foam is almost one finger thick and surprisingly firm.

The smell is rather weak; some notes of dry hops (a bit artificial), some almost negligible malt, dust and a metallic bitterness.

The carbonation is strong but not sharp with lots of medium sized bubbles.

The taste is medium bitter with a weak body, as one could have expected at 3.5%. The taste is overall simple and it borers on the chemical - artificial, but it is quite well balanced. The aftertaste is predictable short with a good bitterness and some notes of citric acid.

Easy to drink, refreshing when cold, cheap (sold by the low price food chain Lidl) and... Well, that’s about it really: I have had worse.
