Appearance: Dark chestnut, medium head, dissipates quickly

Aroma: Malty, sweet, fig-like

Taste: Smooth and refreshing, but not complex; not overly inspiring, but not too bad; good session beer

Remarks: Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores

Appearance wise, this brew has all the looks. With a moderately fast pour, this produces two fingers of thick and creamy head. The lacing is pretty decent. The body is clear, and is dark ruby red in color.

Aromas are light, but sweet and herbal notes are slightly detectable. There's not really enough to compare it to much, except for a slight toffee and toasted bread character.

Taste wise, it has a very copper metallic like flavor. There is slight cola sweetness in the middle, and then turns blunt herbal.

Mouth feel is prickly with carbonation, but medium to full in body. There is a mild creaminess to this beer as well.

BB 16-05-06. Some white head and a nice clear beer with a dark brown beercolour. Nose is litle sweet malty, clean, litle dry grass thoug and a slight hint of caramel. Yeast influence hardly noticable even the high abv well hidden. Taste is quiet dry but some maltbody followed by warming alcohol. Moderate bitternes and IMO litle pale for a bock. Clean taste though and fine carbonisation makes mouthfeel good except this biting alcholtaste. Not that full of flavour and not a great example in it's style but still a well enjoyable fresh brew.
