Copenhagen 3/8 2025. 50 cl bottle from Edeka, Ossenreyer Straße, Stralsund. Silver label with the name of the beer with "ø" instead of "o". Very exotic.
Pours cleat, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering much of anything. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a sourish scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and cereal. Sharp sourish grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semidry.
A very sweet Kosmonaut.
