A: A massive thick, white creamy head fills the glass, after a while the clear golden liquid appears. Lacings are nice.
S: Bready malt, semi-sweet. Bitter hops. Actually it's a little like drinking Swedish rye crisp-bread. Some citric notes.
T: Very sweet and with a mild hoppy bitterness. Some floral notes. Bready but also a bit "meaty".
M: Full bodied, rich carbonation but very smooth and non-aggresive. Aftertaste is sweet and rather short.
O: A nice Maibock, mild but still complex.
