The Indian Pudding beer was quite impressive....not so much that I loved the flavor....but do to the fact the brewer hit his mark. The beer poured clear and was amber in color. Not much head or lace. The scent was a bouquet of aromas....seemed more like a pot pourri. There certainly was a sweetness and floral/corriander scents. The taste was even more complex....I was tasting cotton candy with a slight spice kick. Sweetness (mollases and milk sugar) and spice (cinnamon) defintiely present. Corn and ginger I did not pick up. The mouthfeel was a medium body with good carbonation. Overall a very impressive beer.

Indian Pudding Ale
Made with all the ingredients you might expect to find in Indian Pudding- milk sugar, mollases, corn, cinnamon, & ginger. A tasty treat!
