The Sake So Hoppy was a big beer. It poured a rich clear copper/amber color....not much head or lace. The scent was pungent, definite hop character with some abv tones. The taste included abv, white wine, and tart hop at the end. The mouthfeel was full bodied with decent carbonation. Overall a very interesting beer...definitely could not drink alot of it....but it is worth the taste.
