The beer is dark brown with ruby hints, has a small tan head that leaves little lacing. Small curtains.
The smell is weak, some chalk, burnt bread, nuts.
The taste is dominated by roasted notes, burnt bread, dark chocolate, coffee beans, prunes, red berries, a clean bitterness in the finale.
Light carbonation, a small body, refreshing texture, a smooth dry finish.
A good-looking, easy-going porter.
