The head is a mixture of cloud and sand. There’s cotton candy and cloves in the aroma, but the the aroma and flavor of the actual spices they used are reserved. They're in there, but not heavily. It’s a lightly sweet, but not bad. It’s got that Belgian strong yeast character which is important.
