On tap and poured into a pint glass.
A: Deep copper in color with gold hues. Micro bubble white head pours one finger thick. Decent retention. Thin and spotty lacing.
S: Citrus juice. Pine resin. Asprin. Biscut. Sweet malts.Wet grass.
T: Taste of grapefruit is met immediately by citrus and pine hops that give off a medicinal bitter bite. Flavors of wet grass and more pine are followed by sweet caramel malts that have a bready character. Finishes refreshing and clean.
M: Smooth and slightly slick. Moderate carbonation. Clean and inviting.
D: A damn fine Pale Ale. Each sip invites you to immediately take another. Refreshing and very clean. The medicinal hop bitterness is done perfectly. Recommended.
