An usual yet unusual lager brewed with German Olap hops and carefully dry hopped with New Zeeland Mouteka.

Copenhagen 23/12 2023. 33 cl bottle from Beershoppen webshop. Simple black label with name of beer and brewery and a coy motto.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a huge white head. Settles as thin, patchy later of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of citrus and freshly mown grass. Sweet pale malts and bread. Lemon and grass.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Clean and crisp Pale Lager.

Overall, a solid, clean lager, very nice everyday beer.
