Aroma: floral aroma, toffee, orange peel, malt.
Taste: light malt, floral, some light orange peel, toffee and caramel.

Pours a clear amber with soft head.
Smell is bready and sweet with notes of strawberry jam and brown bread.
Taste is bready and a bit sweet with a moderate bitterness. Notes of brown bread, strawberry jam and some cardboard. Some floral and fruity hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a good bitter, a bit off the classic style.
