On-draught @ Oluthuone Kaisla in Helsinki in Summer 2015 (reviewed from notes). Served into a pilsner glass.

American pale ale. 5.20% ABV.

This drinkable brew offers pleasing hop notes of tropical fruit, replete with mango, kiwi, and assorted citrus fruits. Its pale malt backbone never comes off too sweet, and the flavour profile is nicely rounded out by floral hop character, clean crisp barley, and pleasant hop oils.

Assisted by the crisp clean mouthfeel, this refreshing brew offers the discerning drinker a beer of high drinkability and notable balance. Surprisingly intricate for a pale ale, with plenty of cohesion to the build in spite of its subtlety.

Smooth, wet, and light to medium-bodied, with slight overcarbonation keeping it from being as refreshing as it could. Presents its flavours cleanly.

Well worth trying, and highly enjoyable. Well within the intended style. Great work from Oppigårds.

Pale gold color with a bit of haziness. Decent two-finger head that lasts along time. It leaves a ring of laces after each sip with spots in between.

Lots of the grapefruit aroma.

The flavor is low on the pale malt and high on the hop bite. The body is quite full with a lower level of carbonation. There's a biting finish that lasts a long period of time.
